If you had not decided on who to not vote for in the Presidential election, Al Gore made things very clear. He equated Obama to Lincoln. Since Gore lives in Tennessee, he ought to know that Lincoln is a curse word in the South. (Although he may be continuing on with the fantasy that Lincoln was good for the empire).  Gore made the comparison in a positive manner, thinking he was complimenting Obama. In the South, we know better. Even though he meant it in a positive manner, this is one area that I agree with Al Gore on. Obama and Lincoln are a lot alike.

Let us look at the comparison:

Both were inexperienced elected representatives from Illinois

Both had a history of personal financial problems,

Both had allegations of male lovers in their early lives,

Both were puppets of political machines,

Both have socialist ideologies,

Both only paid lip service to Christianity,

Both hate liberty for the common man,

Both want large centralized control government,

Both think that government is the answer,

Both like income taxes,

Both were supported by communists, atheists and feminists,

Both were lawyers,

Both were surrounded by power hungry vultures who want to control things behind the scenes. (Shall I go on?) .The comparison is there and very vivid. Both also will bring the same destructive policies to the South.
