Ft. Hood and Southron Law

If the South was under Southron Law rather than the imperial dictates of Mordor on the Potomac, the terrorist attack at Ft. Hood would not have occurred. Texas has a right to carry law, and had that been in place rather than the federal decrees, the soldiers would not have died. Furthermore, the soldiers would not have the rules of engagement that they currently have to endure in Afghanistan.

Under Southron Law, the specter of political correctness would not have allowed for the jihadist to have remain in his position in the armed forces. Had Southron Law, which would have maintained tighter immigration laws rather than the loose laws put in place under Kennedy’s immigration law, such incidents would not have occurred.

Southron Law would not apologize for the faith and heritage of this nation. It would have protected the borders and allowed soldiers to carry their weapons upon themselves in the military base. The right to bear arms and would have been respected. The present problem is not about gun control, it is about the empire transforming the law and courts. It is about the Supreme Court not allowing State Law to prevail. It is about the removal of freedoms from the citizenry. It is about an executive branch who selectively enforces laws and refuses to protect the borders which is its responsibility. It is about an executive branch who hamstring the military from performing their duties by using them as guinea pigs for social programs rather than allowing them to function as the armed forces which they are.

When the ‘enemy’ attacked, he would have been taken out promptly. Look at how armed Texans took out the UT tower shooter. Had Texas law prevailed, then the shooter would have been ‘neutralized’ sooner.

The occurrence of  the Ft. Hood terrorist attack and subsequent handling of the affair is a testament of how the system is ‘broken’. Consider how Ft. Hood is reportedly a highly secured military installation yet despite the security, weapons are not allowed inside. The military are not allowed to police their own ranks. Being politically correct is more important than speaking the plain truth.

We need a return to sanity. We need independence. It is only with independence that any kind of sane laws can be made and enforced. It is only through independence that our borders will be secured and liberties enjoyed and passed on to posterity. A return to independence would mean our leaders would stand tall, bowing to no other nation. Instead we have an administration that wants to burden us with debt, help out rouge nations, apologize for our values and culture, and bow to foreign dignitaries. We have a Congress who wants to tell us how much electricity we can use and what kind of light bulbs we can buy.

Uses of Unregulated Immigration

 The Uses of Unregulated Immigration

Kearney Smith

The Federal Government’s handling of illegal immigration is indefensible. For several decades it has deliberately failed to enforce border security through existing law, while giving illegal aliens all the economic benefits of citizenship and ultimately granting them actual citizenship through amnesty.  In short, the government lures illegal immigrants.  Since the government itself bears responsibility for the invasion, we can expect those responsible to deny that illegal immigration is a problem.  That’s what we see in the recent remark by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano. She appeared on CNN recently and said that “crossing the border is not a crime per se.”

This failure of government is not merely from incompetence.  The unspoken motives of many who excuse illegal entry into our country are to get cheap labor and to gain support from the growing minority of potential voters.  These are self-serving aims for the narrow political benefit of the two major parties, and can’t in good faith be openly used in defense of bad immigration policy.

I want to propose another explanation for the Central Government’s failure to enforce immigration laws.  But first, let me enumerate some of the straight-forward arguments against unregulated immigration. They are so sound and so obvious that they should convince any right-thinking person. But they have fallen on deaf ears of those in government and the nation’s elite.

  1. Using the money of citizen taxpayers to provide goods and services to non-citizens is unfair.

  2. Giving illegal aliens amnesty citizenship is unfair to those who are trying legally to become citizens.

  3. Failure to secure borders puts an extra financial burden on Southern border States.

  4. Rewarding law-breaking sets a bad precedent in a country that pretends to be a nation of laws.

  5. Ignoring border violations undermines the fundamental sovereignty of the nation.

  6. Unprotected borders are a threat to national security.

  7. Unprotected borders invite drug trafficking and invasion by criminals.

  8. The influx of illegal aliens puts a strain on the nation’s infrastructure, schools, and other public facilities.

  9. Illegal alien workers are taking jobs that could and should be available to U.S. citizens.

These and other arguments have been put forward by many citizen organizations opposed to the central government’s promotion of illegal immigration. Such groups include the Southern National Congress, which passed seven Remonstrances and Petitions for a Redress of Grievances at our First Congress in December 2008.

Our Remonstrance on mass immigration warned among other things that “Federal power is being used to displace us as a People in our own land. It is hard to imagine anything more abusive and faithless on the part of our government and political leaders, whose legitimate function is the protection of society. This situation requires immediate and comprehensive remedies if the Government is to retain its moral authority and legitimacy, and thereby to expect the continued allegiance of the Southern People.”

Advocates of uncontrolled immigration are unable to refute these points with reasoned argument.  Instead they resort to tactics which have no place in civil discourse.  An instance of these tactics occurred recently at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where former Congressman Tom Tancredo was scheduled to speak about immigration.  A group of students in sympathy with illegal immigrants and led by like-minded faculty rioted in protest.  According to the Chancellor of the University, guest speaker Tancredo “felt threatened and left without making his remarks.”

Unfortunately, it’s not just isolated special-interest groups who have been hostile to a reasonable discussion of illegal immigration. Recently the Department of Homeland Security circulated a paper asserting that those who oppose unregulated immigration are potential threats to national security.

These observations bring me to another, more ominous reason among the nation’s elite for promoting illegal immigration. I am not saying there is an articulated conspiracy.   Rather it is just part of a mindset of the Washington Regime and the elites in mainstream media who wish to alter our society and our culture.  To people of this mindset illegal immigration is a principal device for altering our national habits, traditions, and beliefs. One can only speculate what kind of nation these elites intend to create.

As long ago as 1998 this attitude was revealed when President Clinton jubilantly proclaimed in a speech at Portland State that “In a little more than fifty years there will be no majority race in the United States,” and he said it is “largely because of immigration.” For several decades, we have seen an intensifying assault on Christianity, traditional marriage, English as a national language, and other values that Southerners cherish.

Similarly, under assault are individual rights embodied in the Constitution.  But we should not be surprised that a government which disregards its own laws (as the US has with its immigration laws) will likewise disregard its Constitution. Today freedom of speech is one of the most threatened of the original Bill of Rights.  With the tacit support of the Federal Government, schools and colleges are able to suppress freedom of speech using lists of forbidden words they have labeled “hate speech.”  Disregard for the Constitution, begun more than a century ago, is intensifying. Former President Bush called the Constitution just a piece of paper. And President Obama has said that it’s outdated.

When the fundamental law of the land is ignored or derided by those responsible for its enforcement, then we no longer live under a government of laws, we are no longer citizens of a self-governing constitutional republic. In which case we Southerners had better look to our own traditions, our own historic principles, and our own resources for an alternative if we wish to remain a free people.

What are E-Verify and 287(g)?

With increasing frequency, law enforcement officials are coming under fire for ‘enforcing the law’. The laws in question are section 287 (g) of the 1996 immigration act which allows local officers to check the immigration status of those that are pulled over for driving crimes and other petty violations. In North Carolina attempts were made to deport all illegal immigrants who were arrested for drunk driving. The measure was judged as too harsh and not allowed to become law.

To make matters worse, the empire (via the GAO) is suggesting that these background checks are not working because they are inciting fear in the illegal immigrant communities.

E-verify is a new program instituted by the department of homeland security which the immigration and employment status is checked by employers. There has been resistance and delay in implementing this program. The Chosen One is one of the main people who is stonewalling its implementation. Along with the Chosen One, top democratic leaders took out the requirement for federal employers to implement this program in the stimulus package which was approved by a democratik CONgress. Is it surprising that the empire wants to have checks on gun ownership implemented ASAP, but takes its time on implementing such a program for immigration status? It seems that illegal aliens are more acceptable than unregistered guns. Their priorities are showing.

homeland or universal nation?

We are faced with the question of are we living in our homeland or is the land in which we live part of the ‘universal nation?’ The internationalists would have the United States be the first ‘universal nation’ . Many in CONgress whether intentionally or unintentionally have supported immigration policies that undermine the cohesiveness of the nation by opening the doors of immigration.  Many other elected officials have been duped into thinking that immigration is ‘good’ for the nation. This has been done under the false assumption that the immigrants are only doing the jobs that others did not want to do. That is a falsehood! It may sound rational, but it is not valid.

Our homeland has been invaded. People are flowing in that have no common values, morals or mindset.  We are now seeing the fruits of that immigration in various forms (riots, protests, killings, strained public resources). The executive branch chooses not to enforce the borders and the State Department follows its marching orders to allow ever-increasing numbers of Iraqis and other third world peoples into the nation. (The goal for 2008 is 12,000). Those who want the borders enforced and immigration to be controlled are now labeled as ‘haters’. I do not understand how taking a stand for one’s homeland now is equated with ‘hate’. In my book, hating is actively attacking and resenting another person or group. Speaking out about protecting our land and our property is not hating. Next thing you know, it will be called ‘hating’ when a man protects his private property from a criminal. Never mind that the criminal violated that man’s property. The man is a ‘hater’ for standing up for what was his.

We will soon find ourselves faced with the challenge of standing up for what is ours. We need to decide if it is our homeland or if it is a universal nation that all peoples of the world are entitled to take advantage of.  Make no mistake, there will be challenges ahead, either people will try to steal it from us or a strong armed government will steal it from us. You will need to stand up to one or the other.  Our forefathers knew that what they were standing up for was principles. In the modern world, many do not understand principles. They worship and value pragmatic over principle. Ever since people began worshipping Lincoln and his pragmatism, we have been faced with the spectre of unprincipled politicians doing what was pragmatic.

Immigration meeting in Cologne

Many European leaders are fed up with current trends and are speaking out against unregulated immigration into their nations. An organisation has been formed entitled “Cities against islamisation”. They are planning on having a meeting in Cologne, Germany on 20 September 2008. Speakers include:

Henry Nitzsche, member of the German Parliament (Deutsche Bundestag)

Filip Dewinter, group leader of Vlaams Belang in the Flemish Parliament

Markus Beisicht, president of the German Movement “Pro NRW”

Jean-Marie Le Pen, president of Front National (France)

Mario Borghezio, member of European Parliament for the Italian Lega Nord

Heinz-Christian Strache, president of FPÖ (Austria)

Many of these European nations have seen the potential dangers of unrestricted immigration and the detrimental effects it has had on their cultures. The selection of Cologne is important since it has been the site of one of the major gothic cathederals in Europe and is now considering allowing major religious structures of other cultures in their city.

The situation is worth keeping an eye on, since it has implications for other regions and nations experiencing unrestricted immigration.

Immigration: It’s not just an American problem

Immigration is a problem around the world. The ability to limit who enters your nation and monitor is not limited to the States United. In a recent poll, 47 countries want control of their immigration. The list of countries includes some from every continent, so it is not a localized or geographic issue.’ Even Mexicans wants to limit immigration! This tells me that John McCain’s outreach director, Dr. Juan Hernandez, who advocates open borders is out of touch. Yes we do need some immigration. The immigration needs to be limited and selective. There are some groups that wish to eliminate the border entirely. The elimination of the border will eliminate soverignty, totally transform the nature of law and of the culture. It is due to unrestricted immigration that Obama can make claims that the States United are not longer a ‘Christian Nation‘. (Even his premise is wrong. It should be the United States are, not ‘is’ as in singular. We are not a single people. We are a collection of States. Each State has its own traditions, values, culture and laws. The reality is that some of the States are not Christian in nature.  Just look at California’s overturning of traditional one man-one woman marriage. That is certainly not Biblical or Christian. Is it any wonder that there are now celebrations of Los Angeles and that cities occultic roots? Is it any wonder that the California Teachers Union labels homeschooling as anarchy?)

The whole disrepect of borders is un-Biblical.  The sanctuary movement shows a flagrant disregard for teachings in this area. The sanctuary movement is creeping into mainline denominations. Instead of sheltering criminals, they need to be salt and light and preserve the values of a Christian culture.

We do need immigration, but not at the expense of our values, culture and laws. We need instead to preserve the culture, maintain the common law legal traditions, and maintain the traditional Biblical values of the Southern peoples.

Christmas: from Mordor on the Potomac

Do they celebrate Christmas in the Imperial capitol? They have a tree, they have elves, and they have kicked out Jesus. What have our occupational overlords given us this year?

1. They removed lightbulbs. It looks like no more Christmas lights in a few years folks since CONgress has decided to outlaw incandescent bulbs. Within hours of approving this insane measure the head of the regime approved it and now it is on our way. They were not content with telling us what size toilets to have, now they tell use which light bulbs we can and can not use. Are they going to have light bulb patrols to catch light bulb cheats? They can’t protect the border but they sure will try to meddle in our lives.

2. The IRS has announced a new program, just in time for Christmas. In this program, if you rat out someone who has not paid taxes, you will be able to claim up to 30% of what they owe. Rather than the IRS hunt you down, now they have turned the lowlifes of society into snitches to run in their neighbors. Never mind that the 16th amendment which gave us income tax is of questionable legal standing, or that income taxes were first instituted by Abraham Lincoln. (Perhaps that is why the empire loves Lincoln so much! He is the father of the income tax).

3. A new spin campaign is underway. In this new campaign, those citizens who want to defend the border and keep out illegal immigrants are seen in a bad light. The new spin is to equate nativists with racists.  In an editorial in the Washington Post, all the immigration rhetoric in the campaign is attributed to CONgress not passing immigration reform earlier this year. No one is daring to suggest that the real problem goes back to Ted Kennedy’s immigration act of previous decades.

So Christmas from Mordor on the Potomac has taken away your lights, turned your neighbor into a snitch, and vilifies those who want to keep out illegal immigrants. Merry Christmas! Remember that your government loves you as they continue spending more on financing Terrorist states than they do on protecting our border.

The Chattanooga Declaration, pt. 4

The fourth portion of the Chattanooga Declaration reads :

Liberty can only survive if political power is returned from faraway and self-interested centers to local communities and States.”

Liberty can only survive if political power is returned from faraway and self-
interested centers to local communities and States. Putting this in simple term, power needs to be returned to local communities. Lately, this has began occurring in various places throughout Texas. Along the border some of the small towns have defied the Empire by using Spanish in their daily business discourse, one example is El Cinizo, Texas. Around Dallas, some suburban communities, like Irving, are choosing to enforce immigration status verification. Although each of these communities are taking opposing stands on the issue of immigration, they are each taking power into their own hands.

For too long, the citizens have been sitting at the table staring at the chicken dinner and hoping that it would hop into their mouths. They can hope all they want, until they take action, no chicken is going to eaten by them. In the same way, the citizens can talk about gaining power and change, but until they start taking action, it won’t happen.

The Viceroy, Rick Perry is also exercising the power of Texas as a state by using the Teacher’s Retirement fund to influence world affairs. By moving the funds, he impacts events in the world. When the state and local leaders begin taking power away from the central government and using it locally, change will begin to occur. When the people are re-empowered there will be a fresh breeze of liberty.

Wrong headed answers

Look who is asking CONgress for more immigrants! The governors of 14 states including Texas. The claim is made that the States need highly skilled workers for their economies to grow. The governors are correct in seeing the problem, yet their answers to these issues present even more difficulties. First, although they say they want the highly skilled workers, a majority of the immigrants invading the borders are not the highly skilled and educated kind of people that the governors are looking for.

Had Ted Kennedy not changed the immigration policies in 1965, there would still be quotas on the numbers and types of immigrants coming over. Under the previous policy, the nation could select the best of the applicants. Since the CONgress ‘fixed’ the problem in 1965, under the auspices of improving civil rights, we have immigration on a first come, first serve basis. The 1965 Immigration Act solution is part of the problem. Government once more did not solve the problem, they merely created another problem.

The second part of the problem and a more challenging one is that of abortion and birth rate. Had the doors of the abortion mills not opened in 1973 due to a fallacious ruling of the Supreme Court, there would not be a problem of insufficient skilled labour at this time. When you combine this with the dropping birthrate, there is a drain on the labour force. This were issues that were not considered when the Supreme Court made its ruling, based on a series of falsehoods and lies perpetrated by proponents of abortion. (The lawyers for Norma Covey mislead her and the court about the situation. This was compounded by a Supreme Court justice coaching Sarah Waddington on how to win the case then being argued before the court. Since this was a Texas case, there is more on the topic in Texans Always Move Them: A True History of Texas.) This was another wrong headed answer to the issues faced by government.

Government created this problem. Increasing the government through laws and regulations is not the solution. The solution would involve undoing what the government has done by removing the 1965 Immigration Act, allow the quotas previously in place to return , enforce the laws on the books, and let the States decide what actions are allowed in their domicile.
