Things are getting weirder and weirder. First a bid was submitted by NOAA for ammunition (46,000 rounds to be exact). Why weather forecasters need ammunition is beyond me. Now the Social Security administration has submitted a bid for 175, 000 rounds of ammunition. Not just any bullets, they are wanting powerful hollow points. The purchase of such large quantities of ammunition by government agencies like NOAA and SSA do not paint a positive outlook. The plot thickens when you consider that the another agency has begun redacting some of the information on its ammunition purchases. It seems that when the public found out about the large purchases, they began asking question. It seems that the empire does not like light shined on its activities.
Instead of the empire’s agencies conducting secretive operations and hiding in the dark, there needs to be accountability.
