The latest tool in the liberal ‘hate’ toolbox is to accuse those who disagree with them as ‘traitors’ or say what you are doing is ‘treason’. They have even gone so far as to claim any criticism of the 0-regime as ‘treason’. Such accusations are designed to make you back down. Making such accusations actually reveals their ignorance of law. In English law, speaking evil of the monarch was considered treasonous. Our Founding Fathers, and more specifically, James Wilson made it a point to redefine what ‘treason’ is for the States. He defined it as attacking the States or helping people in those attacks. (Treason is defined in Article III section III of the USCON as “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving aid and comfort.”)

Let that sink in for a moment. Does that mean that the Northern States engaged in treason when they invaded the Southern States? Yes. That is also why men like Davis and Lee were never tried for treason. The courts knew the law and that they were not the treasonous dogs. Does that mean that the Obama administration is committing treason when it attacks the laws and policies of the States? Since force has not been used yet, they have not technically committed treason in that respect, although the treasonous attitude and mindset is there.

Now that the liberal haters have brought accusations of treason out as a weapon to silence opposition, we can use their weapon against them. Legally, they are the real traitors, encouraging attacks on the States. Bear in mind that they are often driven more by emotion than by logic. They only cite the law when it is to their advantage, and hiding their ignorance of what the law actually says.

As Southrons, you can stand proud. You are not from the traitors that attacked the Southern States, although you were called a rebel. The same ploy is in use again, as they call us rebels and traitors, when the reality is that they are the ones in rebellion against the Constitution, and against the laws of nature and the nation.

Instead of cowering to their name calling, we need to know the truth and it will set us free.
