The O-regime is making it clear that they disdain Constitutional law. They are also showing contempt for Congress. They have already used Congress like a dirty napkin, which has been used to give them what they wanted and now they have no use for. In the latest violation of law (e.g. illegal action), the regime via Leon Panetta that ‘international permission’ is needed for military actions rather than the approval of Congress. By taking such a stance, the regime is placing the US and its military under international authority rather than acting like a sovereign nation or obeying their own laws. This regime is gravitating toward international law rather than Constitutional law. They are seeking ‘permission’, which amounts to “Mother may I bomb the crap out of foreigners?”
The nation has no business being involved in Syria or any other nation for that matter. We have no reason to be concerned minding other nations actions when our own borders are not secure or our own national security via economic stability are not secure or stable.
Bottom line: Congress is irrelevant to this regime. They are nothing more than a rubber stamp for the tyrannical policies that this regime enacts and imposes.
Instead of tyrants and regimes that operate outside of the law or view themselves as above the law (like King John and other British tyrants did), we need liberty. We need a government that abides by the law and lives within the parameters of Constitutional law.
Liberty for Texas!
