Ten States have been given waivers that allow them to opt our of “No Child Left Behind”. Although the NCLB act was only the latest progression of reconstruction, its cessation in the Southern States of Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma and Tennessee may be a mixed blessing. Yes, it ends the latest reconstruction act, yet how they did it was to ask the empire for permission to end it, rather than to nullify it. So the way it was approached only allowed the empire to increase its power over those states, rather than increase State control of their own education system.

We need more nullifcation along with putting boundaries on the empire, rather than allowing it to grow by leaps and bounds.
