Cary Clack, columnist with the San Antonio Express News recently wrote an column entitled “Sharing a common heritage“. The column is well worth a read. He had the courage to do some real journalism and investigate matters for himself. In preserving Texas and Southern culture, we need to work together with various groups who share the common heritage of Southern history, common values and common convictions.
