Honoring Terrorism

In the days leading up to the War of Northern Aggression, there were many travesties that have since been swept under the carpet and relegated to the archives. One of those incident involved the terrorist and mass murderer John Brown. When John Brown killed people in cold blood, the abolitionists praised him as a ‘hero’ while the Southrons insisted that he was a domestic terrorist and mass murderer. Even today, schools are named after the murderer and he is honored by organizations. To make it worse, the university named after this blood-thirsty murderer labels itself as a “Christian University”. That is comparable to a Judas Iscariot University which promotes itself as ‘following in the footsteps of Christ’. Such acts are blasphemy at the very minimum. Some people want to name a Veterans facility for him. Think about the irony of naming a facility to help support colonial wars being named for a mass murderer. Here in the 21st century, many people are ignorant of history and do not think about the ramifications of their actions. Bear in mind that Brown was financially backed by many Unititarian ministers who supplied him with guns and money. Organizations like CAIR are condemned for supporting terrorists, yet these men are honored for their action. Talk about a double standard. When the American people honor terrorists it is no surprise that there are terrorist attacks. Do they not realize that with all the hype about the “Law of Attraction”, they are undertaking efforts to attract more of what they honor.

When we wonder why there are no noble and honorable men these days, perhaps we need to examine the people that are promoted to the public as heroes. When we promote terrorists and philanderers, is it any wonder that we reap what has been sown?

Liberty for Texas and the South!
