The Democratic Governor’s Association has woken up to the potential threat of the tea party movement. Their spokesperson, Colleen Turentine said, “If they had their way, how many states would even stay in the U.S.?” Her comment was music to my ears. The DGA sees what the ultimate solution is. They see the writing on the wall. They cannot hold onto power with such people running around. President Jefferson Davis told us that the issues behind the war would resurface in another time and another form.
The answer to the problems is NOT more government. We do not need more government programs, more government spending, or more government regulations, we need just the opposite. We need LESS government. We need fewer government programs, fewer regulations, less interference, and lower taxes. We need the feds out of Texas! We need the feds out of the South!
