The incoming regime is now showing more of its true colours. With the massive use of ACORN in finding ways around the law, they are now faced with the roadblock of the Constitution. Will they respect this law? It is not likely that they will suddenly abide by the law. Since the mindset is that “the Constitution means what we say it means” is their attitude, more than likely, they will be like the tyrant Lincoln and ‘find’ a new meaning to it.

The latest wrinkle concerns Hillary Clinton being considered for Secretary of State. Due to the way the Constitution is written, it is not allowed. If the Ben Barack Hussein Obama regime follows the Alexander Hamilton school of thought, they will read between the lines and cite some intention or other gobbledy goop. Personally, I like Thomas Jefferson’s quote on the matter “I tried to read between the lines and all I saw was white space”.

The incoming socialist regime now has two constitutional issues to tackle even before taking office. Both concern qualitfications. Although during the campaign the claim was made that one of their opponents was “unqualified” , it seems that they were in many ways making a statement about themselves.

Here is another Jefferson quote that fits the current situation:

“Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law,’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”

The situation will bear watching. The true character of the regime will be seen. Narcissistic types do not tolerate those who speak against them or laws that stand against them.
