When reconstruction was foisted upon the Southern States, the regime then in power actively worked toward the goal of rebuilding Southern society and institutions. In a similar vein, the regime currently in power is foisting a new reconstruction upon the Southern States and other States. This new reconstruction involved the resettlement of Iraqi refugees (along with those from other Asian battlegrounds and hotspots). Very little has been said in terms of speaking out against this new reconstruction. In the new reconstruction, whole communities of refugees are transplanted to cities in the South. The sudden influx of refugees is akin to an invasion. It changes the whole nature of the communities. It is forced cultural reconstruction. It is one thing if a community seeks out refugees or goes through a voluntary transition. This one is totally involuntary.
Where are these people being settled? The organization, Refugee Resettlement Watch has identified several communities. The ones already earmarked for reconstruction include:
Kansas: Bowling Green, Garden City, Wichita
Missouri: Kansas City, Jefferson, St. Louis
Tennessee: Bristol, Chattanooga, Memphis, Nashville
(BTW-Kansas City has already gone through difficult issues with unfunded Federal mandates that have radically altered their school system. This would just give the power hunger Imperial magistrates more excuses to abuse power.)
At this juncture, the organization Refugee Council USA seems to be a major player in this new reconstruction. Awareness of this came out recently due to a story in the Houston Chronicle. The article claims that the Refugee Council are the decision makers regarding where these refugees (courtesy of Senator Ted Kennedy’s bills) are next targeted for invasion.
Although they would call it resettlement, it is nothing more than a modern version of reconstruction. The transformation of Southern communities is a social engineering effort to water down Southron Culture. The Clinton regime refined how to transform communities into one of the Empire’s making. The Empire is now into social engineering, and this is their latest actions. The Empire is injecting large numbers of these third world refugees into our cities. When large numbers are injected into a community, they do not assimilate into the traditional American culture, they congeal into small communities of refugees. How many cities have “Little Mexico”, or “Little Italy” or “Chinatown”, where immigrants have banded together in creating their own city rather than joining into the surrounding culture.
