The Ledge diverts our tax dollars intended for free roads for other stuff. Bush diverts our gas tax dollars into the war. And TxDOT is diverting the gas tax dollars we do get to shift our freeways to tollways (The largest diversion yet). TxDOT is an out of control agency that refuses to listen to the people.
