In writing the blog, I discovered that several of the posts I made over the past few weeks were not posted. I will be at work remedying the situation. One of the posts that I considered needed re-posting was the one on Judicial Hell-Holes. In my own personal convictions, I suspected that Harris County and parts of Texas had some messed up judicial activity. My suspicions were confirmed when I saw that Harris County made it to the top ten judicial hell-holes. 2006 hell holes . The court system is a mess to say the least. This designation is a statement, not just about those areas which made the top 10, but that the justice system itself is broken.
In Texas, it has been the abuse of the legal system and judicial rulings that have been used against our people to make the Texas change. Court cases were used to change the Texas laws in many areas. It has been the Federal courts that were used to accomplish what legislators and the ballot box could not do. Many cases that tore down Texas laws carried aftershocks that effected other States as well. Roe v Wade, the Ruiz case and the recent Johnson rulings were some that were used to transform the social milieu of the State. The judicial system is just another tool in the hands of a tyrannical government to bring its policies into place using sheer force. On the hopeful side is that judicial opinions are just that-OPINIONS. An opinion is not legitimate law. For a law to be considered legitimate, it must be passed in methods in accordance to the State’s constitution or body of law. The courts have the people intimidated. Recall, that the SPLC uses courts to make people do things. It’s policies would never be supported by the populace, so they use the courts to force change onto society, irrespective of the wishes of the people. The courts have long been used by tyrannical kings and despots.
They were used against William Wallace, Martin Luther, John Knox, and now they are used on the South.
Prior to the November elections, I considered posting recommendations concerning the judicial elections in Harris County, where justice is for sell to highest paying plaintiff ( or the one who has the best contingency agreement). Is it any wonder that some of the largest civil penalties in the nation are in Harris County?
What does this say? It makes a statement about how justice does not exist in the civil courts of many parts of Texas (and a few other southern locations).
